EvoFest: Desdemona Ensemble
Desdemona Ensemble will play a program of string quartets from the baroque period to present day, including the world premier of my quartet Past, Present, In Future. The performance will be broadcast from Church of the Transfiguration in New York City as a part of Evolution: Quartet 2021 through the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity.
Amber Quartet Recital
The Amber Quartet gave their master’s recital via livestream, which included the premier of my string quartet And I Shall See the Snow All Go Downhill.
PPE Into Prisons – Vol. 6
A zoom benefit concert by Die Jim Crow Records to raise money to help get masks and hand sanitizer into prisons during the Covid-19 Crisis. I will be performing two original songs on guitar. Artwork (left) by Tameca Cole titled “Back Lives Splattered” (2016).
Yarn/Wire Institute – Final Concert 1
A two week long festival and institute at Stony Brook University in Long Island, culminating in a new work, Radiance, for two pianos. The piece will be performed in a public concert at the end of the festival.

Washington Squared Recital
Washington Squared Percussion duo premiered my piece Does the Machine Break? for 8 flower pots, a notebook, a bouquet of dried flowers and electronics. W2 Percussion is Nick Gigante (left) and Yang Chen (right).

Line Upon Line Winter Composers Festival
A week-long festival in Austin, Texas, led by Line Upon Line Percussion. I preformed a set of songs from Maybe a Dream and workshopped The Solitude Sing, which LUL premiered at the final concert.

Sō Percussion Summer Institute
A two week long festival at Princeton University for composers and percussionists led by the Sō Percussion quartet. My pieces Ghosts Étude and The Ghosts appeared on Halloween Night were both premiered during the festival.

Senior Composition Recital
Featuring an eclectic mix of works written over the past few years including two electroacoustic tape pieces, a chamber sextet playing arrangements of Ozark folk songs, and a live rendition of my album Maybe a Dream.
